Hi! We’re Patricia and Steve Amitrano, proud owners of this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo in Clearwater Beach, Florida. We live in South Jersey near Philadelphia (go Phillies!) and are a family who loves spending time together both at the beach and at home.

Our son, daughter-in-law, and their three children live in Florida, while our daughter, son-in-law, and their two children live just steps from us in New Jersey. Wanting to spend quality time with both families, we decided to purchase this luxurious Clearwater Beach condo rental — a perfect place to gather, relax, and create lasting memories.
